Large Clone Phenotype Keyword(s): cell lethal

Phenotype Description: For the large clone analysis orange/ red mosaic eyes are not shown. There are red eyes with roughness as shown in the SEM and light microscope. This maybe because mosaics are difficult to observe or because it is cell lethal. Also rough orange/ white mosaic eyes are observed for the small clone analysis. The mutant twin spot clones can be visualized with dark red patches. Phenotype correspond to the same stock but possibly not the same fly in the two microscope pictures.

Reversion to wild type eye by excision: Yes
