Large Clone Phenotype Keyword(s): rough

Phenotype Description: Orange/red mosaics eyes are not observed for large clone analysis. The clones appear very rough, and in some areas appear missing indicated by the light microscope. SEM picture shows irregular shaped ommatidia and some partial loss of ommatidia structure. Also orange/white mosaic eyes are observed for small clone analysis and has wildtype phenotype.
