Large Clone Phenotype Keyword(s): rough

Phenotype Description: Orange/red mosaic eyes are observed for large clone analysis. The mutant (orange) clones show some roughness in some patches as indicated by the light microscope pictures. SEM picture shows abnormal structure of some ommatidia, indicating roughness. The eye also looks somewhat reduced, as though some ommatidia are missing. Also, orange/white mosaic wildtype eyes are observed for small clone analysis.
