Large Clone Phenotype Keyword(s): rough

Phenotype Description: Reddish orange / red mosaic eyes are observed for large clone analysis. The mutant (reddish orange) clones carry a slightly rough phenotype. SEM picture shows rough phenotype. Also, reddish orange / white mosaic eyes are observed for small clone analysis. These are wildtype in the homozygous mutant twin spot clones, but are easily distinguishable from the orange clones.

Reversion to wild type eye by excision: Yes
