Large Clone Phenotype Keyword(s): rough

Phenotype Description: The phenotype of the eye for large clone analysis is rough ommatidia. The color of the eye is red and there is no orange twin spot. This is confirmed with light microscope. The SEM shows disordered arrangement of the ommatidia structures. Small clone analysis is also observed and the ommatidia have wildtype structure. The eye is orange and white.

Reversion to wild type eye by excision: No
