Large Clone Phenotype Keyword(s): rough,glossy,cell lethal

Phenotype Description: All red eyes were observed for the large clone analysis. The mutant clone appears to be glossy in the middle and white by the light microscope. SEM shows the loss of the ommatidia structure. The small clone analysis is analyzed and appears to be wildtype. There is no sign of mutant phenotype because the mutant clone maybe small.

Reversion to wild type eye by excision: No
