Large Clone Phenotype Keyword(s): rough,glossy

Phenotype Description: Orange / white mosaic eyes are observed for small clone analysis. The mutant (orange) clones appear wildtype; no loss of structure shown. Orange / red mosaic eye clones are observed in large clone analysis in addition to glossiness as shown in the light microscope picture. The SEM picture verifies the loss of ommatidia structure.
