Large Clone Phenotype Keyword(s): rough

Phenotype Description: Orange / white mosaic eyes are observed for small clone analysis. The mutant (orange) clones appear rough. Other than that no loss of structure is shown. Red / orange mosaic eyes are observed in large clone analysis in addition to roughness as shown in the light microscope picture. The SEM picture shows that the roughness is similar to that observed in small clones, but more severe.
