Large Clone Phenotype Keyword(s): rough

Phenotype Description: Red eyes are observed for large clone analysis. The mutant clones are rough as indicated by light microscope picture. SEM picture show rough phenotype and a small depressed patch. Bristles are also missing in some areas. Also, red white mosaic eyes are observed for small clone analysis. The homozygous mutant twin spot clones are rough but it is very difficult to see.
