Large Clone Phenotype Keyword(s): cell lethal

Phenotype Description: Orange / red mosaic eyes are observed for large clone analysis. SEM picture shows partial loss of ommatidia structure and rough arrangment with reduction of number of bristles indicative of a cell lethal phenotype. Also, orange / white mosaic eyes are observed for small clone analysis. The arrangment of ommatidia for small clones seem wild-type, but the white clones are expanded.

Reversion to wild type eye by excision: Yes
