Large Clone Phenotype Keyword(s): rough

Phenotype Description: Orange/red mosaic eyes are observed for large clone analysis. The mutant (orange) clones are rough under the light microscope. SEM picture shows some slight loss of ommatidia structure, especially around the peripheral regions of the eye, where most of the orange mutant clones are in the light microscope picture. The small clones also showed the slight rough-eyed phenotype.
