Large Clone Phenotype Keyword(s): rough

Phenotype Description: Orange/Red mosaic eyes are observed for large clone analysis. The mutant (orange) clones are rough in patches indicated by light microscope pictures. Also, orange/white mosaic eyes are observed for small clone analysis. The homozygous mutant twin spot clones are difficult to visualize due to little difference in colors, yet orange tissues appear rough.
