Large Clone Phenotype Keyword(s): cell lethal

Phenotype Description: Small clone analysis shows orange/white mosaic eyes with a very small slightly rough patch. Large clone analysis shows a cell lethal phenotype, with very dark red pigmentation and a small spot of black dead cells as shown in the light microscope picture. The SEM picture also shows some patches of fused ommatidia and some holes in the ommatidia. The bristle pattern is also distorted, and the eye is reduced in shape.
