Large Clone Phenotype Keyword(s): cell lethal

Phenotype Description: Orange/white mosaic eyes observed for small clone analysis. Wild-type phenotype with white clones greatly expanded. For large clone analysis, a cell lethal phenotype is observed. Disrupted bristle pattern, some fused ommatidia, some holes in the ommatidia, and reduced eye size are observed, as shown in light microscope and SEM pictures.
