Large Clone Phenotype Keyword(s): cell lethal

Phenotype Description: All red, cell lethal eyes are observed for large clone analysis. The mutant eye is very red with no orange and appear shriveled and rough under the light microscope. SEM picture shows a rough eyes has having a total loss of ommatidia structure with some of them having holes or merged with one another. Orange/light orange/white wildtype eyes observed in small clone analysis.
